First the things you do is Login to your YouTube Account go to your Video Manager and edit your Video, and click the Enhancements.
In the Enhancements you'll see a "The video editing tools require a modern version of Flash to be installed." click this to get the Adobe Flash. And click Install Now.
After you click the install now, go to download folder and find the Adobe Flash .exe. Double click the application, you'll see the pop up windows.
Choose the update option and click Next.
