HOW TO UPDATE YOUR GCASH ACCOUNT?

∆ GCASH is a mobile money application that allows users to buy load, shop online, pay bills, purchased goods, send or receive items, book tickets for movie and in many more using networks through your cellphone or your mobile wallets. The good thing in this is it won't give you hassles and you can get transactions in any time you're available and wherever you are without without withdrawing your money. Linking your bank account in GCash is safe, you just need to follow your the safety reminders to avoid risk of loss.

This steps below will help you to update Gcash app:

1. Go and open to your mobile application. 

     • If your app is out of date, you should need to update it to open this. There is a notification that reminds you "time for an update".

 

2. So to update your Gcash account, go to your Playstore application. 

     • When you open your playstore app, make sure that your account is logged-in on it. 

3. Then if you already link your account, click the 3 horizontal lines or 'menu' button on the upper left corner of your screen.

4. If you clicked it already, find the 'My apps & games' that founds at the upper part or the first setting  and then 'tap' it.

5. After you tap this, you will see the menu where you can find 'updates, installed and library' will appear on your screen. 

6. Choose 'updates' among the three.

     • On your updates you will see the applications installed on your mobile phone.

 7. Scroll down and stop until you see 'Gcash app' and then click the update button opposite of it on the right side .

      • So the application will go to the upper part and start updating.

      • Click the apps if you want to see the percentage of it to download the updated Gcash app.

 8. Wait until it installed on your phone. If it is done you will see 'uninstall' and 'open' button. 

       • Tap open or just go to your home and open the application on this.

 9. Finally, Enter your gcash password and wait until this process well. You can now see the newly updated theme and use the newly features of this application.
